Hi all, I have had a small niggling leak under the dash on the passenger side, I have looked on numerous occasions, and have sealed all the screws but had no success. Yesterday, i again looked to see if I could solve the problem and was about to start removing the scuttle panel, as I removed the first screw I realised that the plastic push in that the screw fits into was loose. I prised it out and the leak was through the panel under the plastic. I sealed the plastic insert and replaced the screw and so far no leak and its been hissing down all day. its worth checking if you have this problem.

Hi, below front screen ,under bonnet ,there is 1 screw that holds trim panel down. under that is the plastic bush that pushes into the body above the pollen filter.Sorry no pics its raining

The p;astic plug is square in section and has a sticky seal under the head, this was virtually non existent on mine.

just checked the drivers side and exactly the same problem so have done that as well. worth checking. I didnt know I had a leak on drivers side. I took out the pollen filter and it looked ok,touched it to my face and it was wet. so obviously leaking.

Noted. Will check next time I am in there after rain. That shouldn't be hard to arrange given the weather in the past 6 months. :)
