Hi all,
My speedometer has just stopped so I took off the instrument panel to check that it hadn't pulled away from the clock only trouble is by the time you have pulled the panel away it pops out anyway. Lol. Anyway I put it back on as best as I could and put the panel back but it's still not working, so I took the middle plate in between the seats out to check the other end and that seemed fine. I'm hoping it's just a new cable needed and not a new clock. But I noticed that there is no slack in the cable it only just reaches the clock . So I'm wondering if it's the right cable . The landy is a 90 with a 300tdi engine fitted later. My question is can you get different sizes of cable? Thanks in advance Alf.
