Morning!

I have a 2005 L322 TD6. Since ownership (18 months) it has always lacked mid range power, goes fine if driving slowly, when you want to drive a little quicker it lacks the power and often need to put foot to floor so it kicks down a gear for it to accelerate properly. When in high rev range it feels like it pulls properly.

Car starts 1st time every time. I replaced fuel filter, genuine maf, full gearbox recon Inc new torque converter. (for a different issue). New vacuum hose. Since vacuum hose replacement, I am hearing the turbo spooling sounds louder but not necessarily getting the power.

I have an icarsoft v3 tool, however, I am unable to see where I can look at fuel pressure.

Any thoughts guys and gals?

Have you followed the vacuum hoses round, make sure no spits or any come loose? Any black smoke when you floor it? A bit is ok but a lot would suggest intercooler hose, egr blanked off or like in my case just disabled (vacuum line off and plugged with bolt) so permanently shut until I can get a blank kit.
