Hi everyone just a quick one, 2002 TD6 L322
While I am waiting on a new height sensor for the front left as a voltage of 47 volts on it and it thinks it is - 33mm while all others are ok I ran a live data with icarsoft, on the Hight mode it says "Invalid" I am praying that this is because it can not read the air suspension heights properly and not a more serious problem ? ride height control on dash is lit up (below 25mph when goes into inactive) and gos up and down fine.

As per my other posts I have a suspension inactive fault over 25 mph which I think is due to fns height sensor reading aftermarket fitted recently not by me and reading well strange, fault stored on sus ecu articulation fault which is can not level at 25mph apparently.

I will be running a thread on this car and doin a video so a project for everyone......unless it goes on fire !

47 volts? I hope you mean 4point7 volts

Hi everyone, just an update..........I think its fixed !
Icarsoft reads the front left ride height sensor at 47 volts so assumed dodgy sensor (its clean as well so looks like someone did before ) I now believe this to be wrong and icarsofts fault as seen other posts where it has done this.
INPA arrived today and was installed right away.then the phone rang my mate who said he could do injector sealX2 need done on an ML 270cdi I am selling (I never sell a car that I would not drive myself) so off to the garage I go (also why I did not manage to reply to some strait away so sorry) anyway they got done and all good there so came home went out pluged a battery charger to the RR and set out to learn INPA, I had previously spoken to Stustrong a few days ago and as I sat there not knowing what to do I rang him again and after a while he spoke to me down the phone and told me to input in the calibration settings to raise standard ride height by 10mm all round which I did, I may add we did have a break inbetween this as it seems a 2A charger is not enough to keep the land of RR electrics alive enough so we both had a break and left time for her to recover where I went out and did this.
Anyway a Mcdonalds and then back out where I inputted the ride heights and he then said unplug and drive which I did trying to hit that magic number 25mph (as per other posts thats when suspension inactive always popped up) anyway I hit 25 nothing, 30, nothing...........40 MPH....nothing ! and at this point I started to get excited ! I turned around and headed home again hitting 40 MPH nothing (cheesy grin this time) anyway it seems it may be sorted.

So it seems this time it was faulty low ride height calibration.....its seems that way tomorrow will be out for a drive down the motorway to see but if this has fixed it then wow I am happy so happy.

I would highly recomend INPA to anyone thinking about it but get some guidence as well before using it as it is a raw program and no failsafes like others seem to be written in it...de code a module and thats it !

Im also going to start a youtube channel as so I can upload videos on there as I have made quite a few already, I will be doing this project along with many others and mates cars as well.
