L series oil leak

Good evening,

for some time now I've been having this oil leak from what I think to be the oil pump,

I don't care to much about the minour leaks but this one seems to be getting bigger, now how do I fix it?
If I unscrew the metal pipe am I going to find just a torn rubber washer or is there something more compliated inside and should I keep my hands off it?

after a bit of research Miguel I have found what you need, a LRH100000 sealing washer assembly.

it is item 6 on this page :-

I'll try to get it done at next oil change just have to wait for next month's pay check.
