L/R Dormobile Insurance?

Afternoon. Time is short, has anyone insured a dormobile before. I know they are rare and the owners club have recommended Aidrian Flux, but as usual they have qouted ridiculous price and want the ins and outs of a cats arse to cover it. And at £300 for a limited mileage garaged vehicle, thats over a £100 more than my LPG Disco 2 parked on the street. Any ideas please?

Have a look at classic camper insurance via the owners clubs for classic campers/motorcaravans - you should be able to save the membership fee off the premium. I`d be willing to bet that Dormobile has its own club across the many platforms they converted/built on
