Key programming

Sorry to bring this up again everyone. Have just got a spare key fob. Came to program it and realised that the instructions I have are for the 1 button fob. Mine is a 2 button fob on a M reg 300tdi. Will these instructions work on mine? If not does anyone know the sequence?

The two button key fobs can be programmed only with the help of TestBook or similar. There's no manual sequence (part of anti theft measures starting those years).

Bugger! I thought you might say that. Cheers for the help. I think my friendly local garage has laptop thing that can be connected up to landrovers I'll have to ask him.
