Disco 3 (LR3) key fob battery

mine won't hold charge

worked for one day after the long drive home

don't know how long there suppose to last

was going to go down to the landy dealer when i started to read through the forum, as u do

ordered a new rechargeable battery , at only £5 quid

they don't seem to bad to change , got a soldering iron etc

but been trying to find someone why may have done this before

awaiting a new keyfob case, was only £10

wondering has anyone done this before and may i pick ur brains please

Why a rechargeable one ?

Do you plug it in ?

i thought i first it was an ordinary one but then relaised it was soldered in

is was ok last night after a long run home , but then this morning was flat

am very grateful
