Kangarooing Range Rover

Hi,

I've got a 1983 Range Rover which is just back on the road having been
sitting for 6 months, and it seems to have developed a rather strange
and worrying "kangarooing" or knocking about 50 mph. It's got a three
speed auto in it, which was reconditioned 10 years ago. It seems
smooth enough up to 40 mph. It's got the right level and right type of
fluid in it. Any ideas what's gone wrong? Anyone got a spare good
condition 3speed box? Any suggestions welcome....

Regards

William MacLeod

Rename it "Skippy".
