My vehicle was parked off for a months, and the battery was flat,( Freelander TD4)
I called your emergency number and they sent out Compass Towing to jumps start my vehicle.
The service guy pitched up and attached his portable booster pack and tried to start the vehicle.
Initially all the lights came on but the engine would not start. I told him that the booster pack was not a heavy duty pack -which was required.
He then tried jumper cables, 2 sets of jumper cables, 2 sets of jumper cables + booster pack.
I eventually had 3 guys from Compass poking around, trying to resolve the problem. I finally asked the to leave, as they had no idea what they were doing.
I now have a dead vehicle. No ignition lights etc
