Judder

I own a 300tdi and there was for a few days a clunking noise coming from underneath . Gearchange is still normal and clutch feels fine, however now i get a judder when speed goes above 10-15 mph, or the revs start to rise at all. The judder goes if i depress the clutch and the car drives normally. The clunk noise now appears to have gone but the judder has replaced it and the car is basically undriveable. There is one other thing, the handbrake light has been flashing on and off intermittantdly for about 3 weeks, i was under the impresion it was just a loose connection but i am wondering if this is something to do with it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, im thinking could it be the fromt prop ?

Was the UJ joint it was goosed. 20 quid and half hour later and we are smooth again.
