Series 3 It’s all coming back to me now!!

So after a 25 year gap between owning Series 3s some things I’d forgotten about have come flooding back:

All my neighbours want to ask about it.

WD40 and blow torch have become my friends again.

I’m actually using tools from my building tool kit as well as my garage stuff. ie crowbar and club hammer.

There are no “5 minute jobs”

There’s a kettle in the garage again.

It’s the only car I’ve ever patched up with scaffold boards (temp tailgate)

There were nights of endless pleasure

Though I'm sure you could make all of it relate somehow.

You have to want one. You can’t simply put up with one.
