Is The Wayfarer, (Llarnarmon DC), currently open?

Hi, looking to get away to Llanarmon DC this weekend and amongst other routes, do the Wayfarer. I have heard mixed reports that is closed at railway sleepers and a TRO in place, but I cant find an absolute stance on this one way or the other. Does anyone know? Even if it is closed here, guessing its open from Landrillo up to the Memorial? Any insight gratefully received. Cheers
