IMO at that price it’s either a rust bucket, and from the pics it can be seen so what can’t you see.
Do you have room for a project.

I wouldn't bother going to see it personally
What engine and gearbox are in it? Who did the conversation? Have they done it properly? It's registered as a 3.5
No rot, just lots of rust and no underneath pics.. those seats haven't passed an mot on years.. what else hasn't?

Only 2 previous owners and the current one had it less than 2 months..
