Intermittent Restricted Performance

Hi All
I am looking for some help and advice
I have a discovery 4 on a 2011 plate. I have an intermittent restricted performance problem. I mostly happens when the car is cold then after a while it if you turn of then restart its fine. It comes on with the ignition and not while running
The RAC came out and cleared all the codes except P00CF which is barometric boost sensor correlation.
Any advice such as cleaning the air intake sensors etc?
