Injector Pump Seal Query

Greetings,
BOSCH VE pump. I am currently replacing a few seals on the pump which I have on the bench and I have a question about the screw and nut to the rear in the middle of the injector line distribution section. (Highlighted on attached image).


Can the two items highlighted be removed without affecting the pump internals so I can replace the O-rings # 131 and #129?

Certainly 132 can be as that is where you can insert a DTI gauge to time the pump. not sure re 130 as beyond that is the Pump head and springs and stuff
