not sure if anybody knows this but if you want to know what engine oil, diff oil ect you need for your freelander you can go on Castrols' web site give your reg number and you get a list of the grades that you need Might be handy for some people.

Except they give incorrect information for the gearbox oil.

Opie oils has a good website and will also email you back if not on their site.
