Indicator lens

Hi has anybody else had a problem with the upgraded clear indicator lens push fit bulb holder not working with the original wiring, I had them on the car when I bought it but some toad stole the offside one, I have bought a replacement but it is really tight to get it into the wiring socket off the car and when I think it is in as far as possible it still doesn't work, I have tried swapping over from near side and that works fine so it's not the wiring from the car, I put the new bulb holder on to the near side, nothing is it just a duff bulb holder or is there something else I should be looking at like getting an original holder from somewhere or going back to the amber lenses.

No reason why it shouldn't work unless the connector is fecked. Colour makes no difference.

on my D1, the holders fit either lens colour - I might be barking up the wrong tree, but is it not the same on the P38 ??

It looks the same and they do fit together all be it very very tight I was just unsure as to whether or not the connection was being made but I think it is just a duff connector now from what you all say so thanks

Ok so new one arrived today worked straight off the bat thanks for all the suggestions
