Incredibly slow running on IE8 today

Anyone else having issues with LZ and IE8 today?

At work so have no other browser choice... and on lunch break... I'm not a work shy skiver!

all seems fine im always online at work. i do use mozilla though at work but have been using ie this morning and was fine
