Why did i buy it?!!!
Any way it now starts ok but ticks over at about 300rpm!! i can guess that the injector pump is only letting thru the low pressure fuel from the in tank pump.
i have acquired another pump from a friend that breaks range rovers and i have also got all the tools that the Rave CD lists, i am told that the pump needs re-coding to the engine, which awfully sounds like the security system needs re booting to me but thats what the so called specialists reckon!!
Is there anyone out there who can help with any advice apart from a gallon of petrol and a box of matches!!! :hippie:
