No it's from the US and the switch I'm interested is being sold my someone
in the UK.

The part number for the one in the pic is STC1435 - you'd be best
chcking on US sites to see if the same number is used - the US automatics
have a different set up re shift-interlock (well they do on 38a Range
Rovers anyway) - it might be you need a US apecific part, which are not
always listed in UK parts catalogues.
