I think its my starter motor... help???

Turned it off, sat for about 15 min and jumped back in to drive home, would not start. All my dials worked and lights came on, but nothing at all happened when I turned the key.

After a quick push to the closet hill I pushed it down and got it going. Does this sound like a starter motor problem?? Is there anything I should check to see if it maybe is the electrics between, it just seems odd that it started fine and then all of a sudden it doesn't work at all.

I have had a similar problem, It had started fine, driven for 20 minutes, stopped and re-started and nothing happened, the started motor trigger had vibrated off, Its a small female spade terminal, I'm not sure if it's the same as the 300 as mine's a 200, but this could be worth checking
