Been to pick up my new toy tonight, drove it home from Worksop to Bradford, everything works a treat & is
minter than mint could be. Its got FSH documented, the engine & box are tighter than a nuns botty cheeks
& now I see why air susp is good. It feels superb, my next door neighbour was following me in my WRX &
couldn't believe how it was driving. Never went below 08mph all the way home & got it up to 105 with no
bother at all. The most amazing deal for £1750 I could imagine!

The only thing I can see that aint working are the power mirrors! Both are fecked, so it's likely to be a
fuse!

I am amazed.

Well chuffed with it, in the cold light of day it looks bloody clean & very
tidy. I can't get over the full service history & the way it drives. He
described the rear upper tailgate as rusty, my view & his view are a mile
apart! It's got a little bit of surface rust ffs!

Cheers

<SNIP>

Well done Nige, and welcome to the world of luxurious V8 motoring.
Didn't you say in an earlier thread that the FSH was only up to a
couple of years ago? Or is it bang up to date? My Vogue SE had FSH up
to about 3 years ago, serviced religiously by the same garage, some of
the bills make interesting reading, and total service costs are well
into 5 figures! Think mine had a bit of abuse over the past couple of
years, hence the overheating problems I've had, but I think that is now
nearly sorted. Even so, I too paid little money, so i can't really
complain at having such a fine vehicle for pence!

You'll never want to go back to a 4 cylinder vehicle again, my wife's
Almera feels so inferior to drive, its like a little go kart!

Thanks,

Shouldn't you change this now?
