How do you remove the door mirror

Hi Can anyone advise me as to how you remove the inner trim on the passenger side door mirror on my 1998 freelander. Thanks

Removal of bits on a freelander:
just drive it long enough and it will fall of itself eventually!!!
No seriously they should be held on wi push in clips at back edge and slotted into door frame at front

Yeah unfortunately it was all taped up when i got it so i got a new one & when the inner trim didn,t come off easily thought it best to ask someone before i got fed up & broke some clips

try hitting it with a hammer!

Steady G-man gotta be carefull with freelander owners now. It seems i upset one the other night (cazkenny. male or female?) and he got proper shirty bout it.

I know how to get the outside of the mirror off just drive along any busy road and some **** in a white van on the phone trying to pick summit up off the floor whilst steering wi his effin knees creeping over to my side o the road and hay presto a smashed mirror the **** kept going and by the time I turned roung hed left sharpish I WILL FIND HIM AND THE BULL BARS WILL BE DRIVEN RIGHT UP HES EFFIN A HOLE

White van man usually works well
