How do i lower air reservoir tank

Bought new steps for a friends vogue.

Can't fit steps without lowering the air suspension reservoir tank under the car on rear right side.

Screws are not pre fitted in this one but holes are there so need to lower tank and put screws in.

If the holes are there then you should use Rivnuts and you probably won't have to drop the tank.
