Hot seat box?

Simple question really.

On my 25 mile journey home from work each day, by the time I get home the seat box has started to get warm around by the transmission tunnel .

On Tuesday I did 65mph for 2 hours on the motorway and it was HOT! Not too hot to touch with your fingers but hot enough to make me jump when my calf touched it (had me shorts on).

Is this normal or is something going to blow up?

It will get a bit warm but you might want to check your transfer and gearbox oil levels.

and make sure diff lock isnt on
