hope i am not annoying

does anyone know what type of antifreeze I need to put in my 99 4.0 Range? I heard there was a green or orange type for my truck. I dont know how to tell. Is there anything else super important that I need to know that an average knowledged guy should know about my truck before I give It a tune up and hopefully find someone that can fix my non-shifting tranny?

Any that says its for an ali engine will do!

Not sure iof it's a good idea to mix antifreeze types.

The orange stuff is known as OAT and seems to be the most commonly used.

It should have a 50/50 water/antifreeze mix.
