Hi folks,
I have 2004 1.8 petrol Freelander, and I love it. I managed to get it through my bro-in-law this May, a co-worker was getting new motor and I picked it up with full MoT (no advisories) for £1000.

It is my 2nd motor as I have 2005 Celica as well, but there are days when I can't decide which one to get into. I've been using it to drive all over the country, mainly for trips to Scotland. There so much room in the Landy, the kids prefer to get in to it rather than the Celica, probably due to the limited space in it for my 6ft odd son, I'm fine I'm only 5ft7" so I don't have a bother.
They do about the same fuel consumption, not that I'm bothered, but then again I have to stop trying to drive the Landy like the Celica.

I have already done the drop links, and new stereo, anti-roll bar bushes on the way to get done next. Couple of other minor jobs to do, rear passenger window not working, back door handle comes off, so needs looking at.

Overall its a great looking motor and looking forward to doing more on it, so any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
