Heyup, I'm picking up my brand, spanking, new (to me 
) Disco 300 Tdi tonight. It's an S reg Safari model but don't ask me how that makes it different from Adam 'coz I don't know.
I'm in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, and have had some dealings with the Yorkshire Rover Owners Club (and a couple of others I can't remember the name of) in the 1980's when I was a member of David Brown's Motor Club. Good fun that.
I have been lurking (I called it research) for a while and feel quite at home allready.
I'm a sailor and want a tug for my trailor sailer so all this off road stuff may or may not happen. Thinking about it, I'll have to give it a go at least once.
Right, I have a day's work to do before I can go get my new toy so I had better extract digit if I'm going to slope off early,
