hi my name is richard i have just joind this forum as i have a little problem i have a 1998 range rover p38 diesel i have no rev counter and no lights on my dash no fuel gauge checked all my fuese and they are ok can anyone help thanks richard

Does your engine start up and do you have an ignition light?
Is your battery OK?
Your rev counter is I believe, operated from the alternator, so do you have a good earth to the engine block?
The fuel gauge works through the frame earth, as the feed is from +ive through the gauge and then out to the tank.
Generally, it sounds as though you have an earthing problem.
By the way, :welcome2: to the asylum, and there's really no need to post the same thing in multiple threads.
