Hi all

new member here with a hanckering to buy his first disco, drive a 99 2.8 shogun at present (ewww). I guess i need some advice about buying,reliability issues,why i should convince myself to buy....looking at 7 seat td5 any comments would be welcome

Rust, check boot floor, wings, seals, TD5 check the injector harness has been looked at or see if has been replaced anytime. TD5's are good runners, plenty of gear, watch out for air suspension at back if fitted, the ride height sensors can go funny. personally if i got one with air suspension i'd convert it as i dont any towing so dont need to lower back end
