Help !

Morning,can Anyone Tell Me How The Wiper Mechanism Works ,i Assumed It Was A Rod Affair.now Some Mechanic At A Landy Garage Informed Me It Was A Cable Pulling The Arms Around.reason Being,had A New Wiper Motor Fitted On There Say So,but The Wipers Arn`t Returning Back To The Start Position.they Seem Very Slow.they Told Me It Was The Actual Mechanism,and All Of A Sudden They Did`nt Know Wether It Could Be Adjusted,or It Had To Be Replaced.they Are Supposed To Know, Ar`nt They.cheers ,tim

I'm assuming you have a defender? as you haven't actually said what it is you drive. If it's a defender then it's cable operated and can't be adjusted But a new cable is cheap as chips and easy to fit yourself
