Help with low box

I have a Manuel Range Rover and low box don’t work I have read some ideas to fix this problem but have no idea what the parts or where they can be found so pics of things to look at would be great or detailed text thanks

@The boss you would be better posting this in the range rover section and giving a bit more detail on year and model helps
