A couple of months ago my Auto Discovery decided to have one of its blips by the M and S light flashing on the dashboard and also the lights on the gearbox flashing.
We sent it to the garage and they cleaned/changed can't remember which the solenoid !!!
All has been perfect, It has been towing fine no problems at all, until today !!!
The M and S light come on again and it has no pull, as if there is a 10 ton weight pulling me back. The only common factor I can think of is the weather. It has been very wet here and last night I drove home through quite alot of surface water, it was also wet weather when it last happened.
Please can anyone offer advice as am starting to panic thinking might need new gearbox !!!!! They are not cheap.
