help p38

hi t all , just got a p38 also have a classic. but the p38 i picked up last night has a prob that i made everything worked till i changed a fusses in the back of radio,now i have no heaters no dash w/lights no e/windows.infact most of the elecs do not work know, i have looked at the fusses all look ok any help please
