Help needed please

Hiya could anybody help me please I've been using my freelander 1 facelift all day with no problem then later on tonight I got into the car went to drive off and had a loud bang front underneath when I pull forward feels like something is hitting . I don't know if it could be the diff front mount or something else any ideas please what it could be I've had to leave the car on the drive
