Wanted
I have been refurbishing a 1986 V8 Range Rover Classic for about 18 months and having had no prior experience and having a full time job I have hit a rut. I now have time off work and I am looking for someone experienced to help get the project back on its feet.
The car is stripped and covered about to go into a shed to be worked on. Has had some welding work done professionally that needed to be done on it, for example sills, foot wells inner wings and body mounts. The main bits I am struggling with are the electrics after someone tried to hot wire it, these have been got round to start the vehicle but isnt in a good way. I originally had a 1984 Range as well, and I have a number of parts from it, I currently have a shed full of ready painted and polished bits ready to go back on it, including a webasto roof from the 1984 model, and am looking for a seasoned expert to help get it back on track.
I am based in the Staines, Middlesex area, any advice or recommendations as to who would be a good person to look for would be gratefully received.
