Hi all,
I have a 1985 Defender 90 with AA chassis number. I recently attempted to change the steering wheel (B type) with a Momo boss kit 48 spline. Basically it won’t go on and I can only get 1 thread on the nut.... after several counts I’m sure it’s a 48 spline 18.5 mm shaft.
When I read up about it, this model should be a 36 spline, but the steering wheel (B) is a 48 spline.......what is going on here, and what do I need? Any help appreciated. Dave
