I want to change the head gasket or piston rings which ever it is (smoking and burning oil up) and timing belt on my 200tdi defender (disco engine)
But I don't have enough knowledge and experience to try it on my own. (I can do more or less every other job on the landy)
What I'm proposing is that I'll pay any1 the going rate (as if they'd done the work and charged accordingly) if they'll come and show me how it's done.
I live near rother valley on the outskirts of Sheffield/rotherham. I can even travel to you if it's not too far away.
Really need the experience under the bonnet
