Hi I have a Landrover Freelander T reg (1999) It started playing up a couple of weeks ago by not starting I would loose all the dashboard and the indicators, but if (using the key fob) I locked and unlocked a few times it seemed to start and the dashboard was returned. I then discovered that while driving I began to loose the dashboard and the indicators? I am now at the stage where it wont start at all, when disconecting the battery and then re conecting, the back window randomly comes down. we think it might be he imobilizer? or that there may be damp geting in somewhere? Do you have any sugestions please
HELP Thank you

battery discharged, problem with ign. switch, bad earth, dirty main fuse, does it work properly if you jumpstart, what if you charge battery overnight.

ive just had the same problem, change the ignition switch on the back of your ignition.
Unscrew the ignition cowling (2 screws underneath) and its the black thing on the end of the ignition barrel, theres 2 screws holding it in,. try wiggling the wires leading to it if that works then you know the problem
