Help! 2003 Freelander two doors will not unlock with central locking

Hi I've got a 5 door 2003 Land Rover Freelander 1. Central locking works for all doors to lock but when i unlock with the remote keyfob, or with the key manually, two doors do not unlock. They will unlock if opened from the inside, its the back drivers door and the front passenger door. What is the likely cause of this problem, and how can i fix it? Thank you for your help.
