Just a quick hello from a Newbee.
Got myself a 54 Plate L322 V8 about 4 Weeks ago.
First Range Rover I've had and got to say I love it.
Just done 79 K and has thrown a couple of issues like the expansion tank split on one corner, battery went flat which threw the Remote locking and the alternator has just failed, but I don't mind doing the Jobs myself and the Garage I bought it from are being very good helping out with the costs.
Just wanted to say your technical advice is spot on as your site seems to be a favourite that comes up when Googling a problem.
Just followed the write up on changing the alternator and it was spot on and yes I did have to fight with the Fan to get it off the Water Pump
Will get some photos posted soon and look forward to having a good look round the forums.
