Hi All
I am from Batley, West Yorkshire and have just got a 2012 Freelander 2 XS 2.2 diesel 150 bhp!
Although as a family we have a another Freelander 2, a Series 3 Landy 88inch 1972 and an Evoque 2014 with the newer 2 litre diesel engine.
My first question is what is the difference between my 150 bhp Freelander 2and what looks like same engine but higher 190 bhp output in the automatic?
Is it possible to make my engine a 190bhp? I am considering remapping with BLACKCODE for £200 but I don't understand why the 150bhp version can only be upped to around 175bhp but the 190bhp version can superceed 200bhp?
Has anyone had this done? esp by Blackcode? does it improve the drivability / speed / mpg?
Also I wonder how this maybe affected by using BioFuel? Are there are people with knowledge of good BioFuel sources in my area?
