Hello from sunny South Africa :)

Hi all,

I'm a new member to this site but have been a lurker for a number of years Thanks to everyone for their input here!

I have a 1998 3 door Disco 1 V8i, I have had her since 2006 and have done many km's all over Southern Africa in her thus far. She is primarily a touring vehicle with the odd trail thrown in here and there.

Here is a list of extras:

2" TJM lift kit
1" coil spacers
32" BFG muds
DIY Snorkel
Drawer system for touring
Rear seats removed and fridges installed

I have just rebuilt the engine from top to bottom due to a head gasket failure so she's now purring like a beaut again The build took a while but its done and she's now running around again.

There are some awesome Landy's here and I hope to add value where I can.

PS: I wish we had access to parts like you guys do!!! :ballchain:

i too wish i had the access to parts like the british guys do, but for me its just an extra 15 quid in delivery, i bet its a bit pricier for you to order from the uk
