Morning all,

I've just bought a 2001 defender 90, it was originally a pick up but has since been converted into a hard top with sliding windows. I'm thinking about getting rid of the windows as I don't like the idea of everyone being able to see what I've got in the back. May just tint them though, looking for advice on this! I'm hoping to be able to sort a few issues out and fix it up a bit. I spend a lot of time off road as I'm a part time gamekeeper. I'm hoping the defender can take the abuse its going to get!

Windows make some of the trickier junctions easier to pull out of and a helluva lot nicer if anyone ever gets stuffed in the back buy it's personal choice really.

Tinting works and you could stick security grills on but they've never been the most secure of vehicles.

You can also get a small blind spot window if you do choose to get rid of the larger windows by putting new sides in
