Hello all, I'm new here

I am a new land rover owner. Been wanting to get one for years and I have finally bit the bullet!

When driving around I feel like I'm the youngest person driving a Landy,

I'm 23. Looking forward to playing in the snow

Me n'all! A newbie too- (Hello all!)- Had my disco for about 6months- had a couple before to break for parts. That was the intention with this one but (i know i should've known better) it looked too good to bust up and was a low miler so i got the welder out... New floors, inner and outer sills and an inner wing have gone in so far -my 33 yr old Maxi had less holes.
The back doors made the rear wings wobble when i shut them so i grafted in another door post from one of my 'breakers' and made an new wheelarch/ seatbelt mount etc out of sheet steel.. just the other side to do now. Thankfully all of the glass is totally rust free.
Jokin aside though i would recommend one of these to anybody wanting to do their first resto- there's no complex curves to deal with (apart from the outer rear arches-had to actually BUY those!). Just get a (BIG) sheet of tin and get folding! Would post some piccies but am a compu-tard and dunt know how?
