This side of there..
I have been adjusting my height sensors and have one that appears to have a blank spot between 400mm and 450mm when trying to set up.
As with the front ones, I will swap them over tomorrow.
Then I thought.....maybe I can calibrate out the blank spot using an inch long sensor bar extender, which should then use a good, working part of the hardware, but fool it with the software.

Anyone done this yet.??? 😀
If not, then there is probably a good reason and I'm having a moment.

Think you will find it won't work. Fit a new sensor.

It might until the axle moves far enough to destroy the sensor by going past the end of it's range of movement.

Having snapped the offside sensor mounts while removing it, I had a proper look at one and would say I'm not going to muck about with it.
I have however swapped both rear sensors over, the damaged one being cable tied to the frame, and everything works perfectly aside from the manual calibration, which was a ball ache.
The cable ties are a temporary thing.. Until the next mot
