Heater not working on passenger side

Hi Guys
I have a P38 and the heater will only blow cold on the passenger side. Drivers side works fine.
Any ideas?

Blend motor failed. You should be seeing book symbol.

Yes I am seeing the book. Is it easy to replace?

Passenger side a lot easier than drivers side. Easiest is to cut wire and splice in new motor. Doing it properly is far more difficult.
