My headlights are a challenge to switch on. You need to flick the switch a couple of times before they decide they want to light up. I have already replaced the dash switch and it has made no difference (had new one one the shelf). I have not yet had a chance to trace things through with a multi meter.
Is this likely to be the indicator/main beam stalk? I know these cause problems on the defenders and have replaced it on my 110.

Probably a dodgy earth in the circuit. This seems to be the cause of almost all series electrical problems. My nsf indicator has always given problems, I've changed bulbs, the bulb holder and re-earthed it but every now and again it stops working.

I will check again but I have already done the earths though. It has a new rear loom, and additional earths front and back.
