Ideal, thanks for the heads up. Have ordered some, I have been looking to do this for some time and was thinking of veltrim but this will do the job nicely for half the price.

No problem.
I'm doing a series. I had to rip out the rotting one so its a full ceiling.
I wouldn't have minded some of the darker colours for the back but they have sold out. I'm sure you will be impressed.

Looks good - I have black camping roll on the roof of my truck cab - but it's falling down now the hot weather is here. Does anyone know a glue that would keep it stuck there when the roof gets hot?

High temperature contact adhesive works for me but I use the brush on not the spray. I clean the metal with contact adhesive thinners and add some to the glue itself so it spreads easyer

I too use 10mm camping mat for insulation but then go over with 25mm upholstery foam. To make it a simple job measure the central area (flat bit) and cut out a piece of hardboard that size.
Glue the headlining to that leaving a large enough scrap edge all the way round to cover the whole ceiling.
Once dry, glue the hardboard to the foam then working on one edge at a time glue and fix the scrap edges, trimming as you go. The edge of the hardboard makes a nice feature in the finished job as long as the material is worked into the edges.
The extra layers should stop any condensation accumulating against the aluminium and weakening the adhesive.
